Maroc/internet: un jeune ingénieur gracié par le roi Mohammed VI
RABAT, 19 mars 2008 (AFP) - Un jeune ingénieur marocain condamné à trois ans de prison pour avoir "usurpé" l'identité de Moulay Rachid, frère cadet du roi Mohammed VI sur le site Facebook, a été libéré mardi sur une grâce royale, a indiqué mercredi à l'AFP son avocat.
Fouad Mourtada a quitté la prison Oukacha de Casablanca, a indiqué à l'AFP son avocat Ali Ammar.
L'ingénieur avait été condamné le 22 février par un tribunal de Casablanca à trois ans de prison et à une amende de 10.000 dirhams (900 euros) pour "utilisation de données informatiques falsifiées et usurpation d'identité princière".
Agé de 27 ans, cet ingénieur informaticien, diplômé de la prestigieuse Ecole Mohammedia des Ingénieurs (EMI) de Rabat, avait été arrêté le 5 février.
voilà, je sais pas si c'est bien, parce qu'une grâce royale, c'est pas un non-lieu mais c'est déjà ça!
dommage qu'on soit un peu long à la détente, c'est tout!

je pense pas qu'un non lieu soit possible, parce que l'usupation d'identité a eu lieu et a été avouée, ce serait bien je pense que ceci ne soit pas inscrit sur son casier judiciare et que l'affaire se tasse, et qu'il puisse reprendre sa vie normale.

j'ai dit "non-lieu", je voulais dire à peu près la même chose que Jade, que ça ne reste pas comme une grosse tache dans son CV et dans sa CV (même si, grâce à l'IMPARTIALE présomption d'innocence de la MAP son nom a été jeté en pâture (et sa photo) tout de suite...)
maintenant, "usurpation d'identié" sur Facebook, ça me ferait rire, si c'était pas si triste!
je le disais dans un post (je sais toujours pas faire les liens, désolée, faudra chercher, juste avant l'Egypte je crois ;o) je le disais, donc, inculper pour un profil Facebook, c'est quand même un peu la honte internationale...
on fait quand même des progrès énormes, sans commune mesure avec nos voisins et "frères" et voilà qu'on emprisonne quelqu'un parce qu'il a Facebook (soit dit en passant, il y a des profils de personnes célèbres, comme Le Pen ou Sarkozy par exemple et qui sont carrément injurieux, voire même des citoyens lambda qui se font passé pour une connaissance en lui causant du tort! ça c'est dommageable et ça devrait être puni, mais punir juste parce que Moulay Rachid est de la famille royale...
et puis, une grâce royale, je trouve que ça fait pas trop cohérent! (comme le coup d'Abbas qui se fait remonter les bretelles et qui signe et annule un même décret...)
du coup, on est encore embrouillé (en tout cas, moi) mais pas bien rassuré...
des cas comme ça, ça devrait être la justice qui tranche! Fouad devait être jugé et sa culpabilité n'aurait pas dû être prononcée à la base, annuler tout ça par une grâce royale, ça le réhabilite pas, ça le sort juste de prison...
dommage...
