Aujourd’hui, épopée mythique pour une conférence sur les "Accords d'Agadir" et le futur "first agadir agreement member states investment forum" à Bruxelles... première coopération sud-sud en Méditerranée entre la Jordanie, le Maroc, l’Egypte et la Tunisie, sur le papier !
Donc, la Jordanie (qui s'en fout tellement que son ministre n'a pas pu venir, za3ma il prépare le sommet de Damas, qui peut croire ça ?! surtout pour un ministre du… commerce !), l'Egypte (dont l'ambassadeur a fait acte de présence, sans décrocher un mot), la Tunisie (qui préside!!!) et le Maroc (tu noteras qu'on a consciencieusement dégagé les agités du bocal (plein de pétrole) d'Algériens et de Libyens...
Et l'UE qui chapeaute tout ça! Qui trône sur du vent, du rien... un truc signé en 2001 qui entre en application en 2006 et entre en effet en 2007 et dont on peut pas tirer les conclusions en 2008... pourquoi une conférence, donc? brefffffffffff... l'ambassadeur paternaliste, le jordanien qui s'en fout, le tunisien qui "préside", tout y était quoi... ça me rapellait le doux temps où je couvrais l'UMA!!! tout dans la nuance, la caricature, jamais!
Des discussions, des discours et… les chiffres ? « n’allons pas trop vite en besogne… nous les réunissons… » des décisions pol… « ATTENTION ! c’est é-co-no-mi-que… on l’a dit pourtant… » et l’UMA, EUROMED, tout ça… ça fait pas double usage ? « bah, nan, ici, y’a pas les Algériens » (tiens, je sais plus quel pays a dit ça…) et quid de la libre circulation des personnes ? « ma philosophie, c’est de voir le verre à moitié plein » (oui ?) (et…) (…) (ah, nan, c’est la fin de la réponse, pardon) des objectifs et des dates ? « oui… dans l’avenir… » (qu’on construit ensemble, peuples des deux rives de la Méditerranée, acchou3oub min defeyn al bahar al abbyad al moutawassit ma3 ba3diyatha … mousta9balna … jamil jiddan… construire des bases culturelles… travailler et produire ensemble… porteur d’espoir…)
Mais pourquoi je baille comme ça, moi, la honte !!! y’a même la télé pour cet événement mémorable !

tout disparaitra... il se pourrait que tu sois un peu medium, lato sensu, les accords d'agadir pourraient se dissoudre dans le vent... héhéhé
le dialogue civilisationnel? mais, bien sûr, la pierre angulaire de l'euromed, afin de mettre fin aux extrémismes et autres terrorismes etc,etc... maintenant ils sont vraiment partis en vrille, mais de là à caser l'Andalousie pour l'Egypte et la Jordanie, je crois que ça aurait été marrant... (aslan, ici, le Maghreb on croit que c'est l'Europe, alors l'andalousie le maghreb, même combat pour eux...)
Honnêtement, tu t'attendais à quoi d'autre? C'est encore heureux que les représentants arabes ne se soient pas tiré dans les pattes!
mais les dirigeants arabes ne se tapent jamais dessus, en tout cas pas en public... au contraire, ils se saoulent de "akhi al 3aziz", "sadi9i al ghali", etc... jusqu'à en vomir... ou, plus rigolo, à perdre le fil d'un discours déjà sans queue ni tête... ;o
